**Onsite Multifamily Property Manager** **General Overview:** The onsite property manager handles the day to day activities surrounding multifamily real estate investment management. The property manager is the face of the property and is ultimately responsible for the success of the investment through quality customer service, keeping the project on budget, ensuring timely collection of rents, and coordinating the upkeep of the property. The manager will keep regular office hours on the property and must be reliable for both tenants and AMG. The manager is also involved in the decision making for all aspects of operating the asset and will work closely with Facilities Managers and Leadership to maintain AMG’s high level of service to both property owners and tenants. **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead the full lease\-up of a multifamily property being converted from a hotel. This is a ground\-up lease\-up assignment — taking the property from initial occupancy to stabilization — and requires hands\-on marketing, outreach, and lead\-generation leadership alongside standard property management duties.
