Description: **Position Summary:** The Construction Site Manager provides leadership, technical expertise, and training across Habitat for Humanity construction sites. This role supports construction operations by mentoring site supervisors and crew leads, implementing construction and safety standards, coordinating schedules and resources, and ensuring consistent quality across projects. The position requires strong residential construction experience, problem\-solving ability, and a willingness to provide hands\-on field support, including serving as backup to Site Supervisors.
