**Overview** The account executive is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan of the company’s specialty infusion business. Cultivates business development opportunities for expanding specialty infusion services offered by Vital Care. **Responsibilities** * Develop and foster relationships of new accounts while maintaining business with existing accounts. * Maintains sales effectiveness within the assigned territory. * Utilizes databases (Trella) and other tools to identify key accounts and maximize referral potential. * Maintains and documents a call cycle (Trella) per Vital Care protocol. * Builds relationships to establish partnership and collaboration with pharmaceutical counterparts. * Understanding and remain current in the disease states and specialty infusion drug landscape. * Understanding sales metric expectations, referral process, and messaging. * Understanding payers, benefits investigations, and profitability and how it’s relevant to your pharmacy and referrals success.
