Excellence by Design. **POSITION SUMMARY** The Assistant Community Director (ACD) supports the Community Director in the full operation of an affordable housing community, including financial administration, compliance, leasing, and resident relations. The ACD acts as the on\-site leader in the Community Director's absence and plays a key role in maintaining accurate resident files and financial records. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Financial \& Operational Support** * Support management of the property's operating budget * Assist in maintaining physical occupancy at or above budgeted levels through proactive leasing and retention support * Support the delinquency (DQ) process, including proactive rent collection efforts such as door\-to\-door visits, phone calls, and text outreach to delinquent residents, with resident account notes up...
