**Job purpose** Responsible for all areas of Warehouse and Operations functions; the purpose of this leadership position is to promote and implement the company’s core values and excellence in customer service; develops and executes strategies to optimize productivity in an accurate, safe, and cost\-effective manner; responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers. **Duties and responsibilities** Provides leadership to facilitate excellence in customer service execution. Champions, initiates, and drives strategic objectives to remove barriers, improve processes, and facilitate organizational change. Provides strategic, multi\-site leadership and management across warehouse facilities, overseeing diverse teams supporting warehouse and invoice department functions.
