Commercial Real Estate Development \| Primarily Remote \| Maryland Schedule Work arrangement Compensation 5 to 8 hours per week initially Primarily remote with limited on\-site presence $125 to $140 per hour W\-2 depending on experience The Opportunity A privately held, entrepreneurial commercial real estate development and construction management firm in the Montgomery County MD area is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to provide senior\-level oversight of its accounting and finance function. The company acquires, develops, and repositions properties, with a particular focus on multifamily, mixed\-use, and workforce rental housing. This is a hands\-on advisory role for a real estate finance leader who can review the work, strengthen the team, and give ownership confidence that financial reporting and cash\-flow information are complete, accurate, and decision\-ready. The engagement will begin at approximately 5 to 8 hours per week and will be performed primarily remotely. Limited on\-site presence in the Bethesda area will be required periodically, with timing and frequency based on business needs.
