Reporting to the Director, Storefront Digital Product, this role ensures customer experience considerations are embedded within product strategy, roadmap planning, and digital innovation initiatives. Working closely with cross\-functional teams including Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Creative and Site, the Senior Manager identifies opportunities to improve customer journeys, drive continuous optimization, and shape the future digital experience.
