Looking for a GM with proven experience. Should know basics of franchise hotel rules/regulations, expectations, and quality assurance processes. \-Some, but not all, responsibilities include: \-Design strategies to ensure total guest satisfaction. \-Ensure highest standards of professional services to customers. \-Initiate cost effective controls and revenue management techniques \-Create brand image for the hotel \-Develop day\-to\-day operations and functions of a hotel ensuring total guest satisfaction. \-Maintain and manage hotel equipment, infrastructure, inventories and other facilities efficiently. Room Inspections, with Housekeeping and Maintenance daily QA on these departments are a must!
