Position Summary: The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the service and warehouse operations by managing parts logistics, inventory control, and job preparation processes. Responsibilities include ordering required parts, issuing PO’s and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role also involves assisting the service team with parts research, shipping and receiving duties, warehouse organization, and occasional forklift operation. The Parts Coordinator will coordinate deliveries and pickups, track order statuses, expedite delayed shipments, and communicate updates to the service team.
