Continent Upon Contract Award The Project Manager provides overall leadership for the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Processing Support Services and serves as SoftDev's single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This position is designated Key Personnel and also serves as the Contractor Security Officer. The Project Manager is accountable for contract performance, staffing, quality, production, security, Government property, reporting, and timely resolution of operational issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Direct all contractor work performed under the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure resources are aligned with ordered case quantities, production schedules, and the 95 percent Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). * Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR and remain available by telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. * Provide direction to supervisors and ensure an authorized alternate can act with full authority during any absence. * Develop and maintain the Project Plan, work breakdown struc...
