**About the Firm** American Services of Miami is a full\-service civil engineering, land surveying, and site planning firm with over 30 years of history in South Florida. We handle the entire development lifecycle in\-house, from boundary surveys through final plat, for residential, commercial, and industrial developers across Miami\-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. **About the Role** We’re adding a civil engineer to assist with paving and drainage design, as well as water and sewer design for land development projects. You’ll take each plan set from start to finish instead of handing off half\-finished work. You’ll work directly with our licensed engineers, surveyors, and permitting team. Our field crews are in\-house, so the data you design from is data we collected. **What You’ll Do** * Design paving, grading, and drainage for residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and mixed\-use developments * Prepare stormwater calculations and ERP drainage reports * Design potable water distribution and sanitary sewer systems to Miami\-Dade WASD and municipal standards * Produce complete construction plan sets in Civil 3D, from concept through permit submittal * Respond to agency ...
