**State Date: ASAP** **Starting at $40,00\-$50,00 a year depending on experience** **Min 2\+ years experience** **Snow Removal Operations:** * Support planning and execution of snow removal operations during winter, including plowing, shoveling, and de\-icing. * Coordinate snow removal crews, equipment mobilization, route management, and weather monitoring. * Assist in preparing snow equipment, verifying readiness, and ensuring proper deployment before and during snow events. * Monitor job performance during snow events and ensure safety and quality standards are met. * Assist with post\-event reporting and follow\-up on client feedback or service adjustments. **Administrative \& Leadership Support:** * Maintain accurate records for job progress, labor hours, materials used, and weather\-related documentation. * Assist in managing equipment inventories and coordinate repairs or maintenance. * Enforce safety protocols and company policies across all operations. * Provide input on crew performance and assist in coaching and development of field staff. **Qualifications:** * 2\+ years of experience in snow operations. * Knowledge of snow removal practices. * Supervisory or crew leaders...
