Mountain Park Health Center is looking for Pharmacists to join our well\-established and accredited group of pharmacists who provide high quality pharmaceutical patient care and services to patients at our Baseline and Maryvale clinic sites. As a pharmacist, you will foster the pharmacist\-patient\-provider relationship and motivate patient cooperation toward the delivery of care. The Pharmacist will also review and evaluate medication orders, dispense medication, and will provide counseling and information to patients and staff about medications and their use when prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners. ***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** * Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as Company policy and procedures. * Provides patient\-centered care, including counseling on prescription and non\-prescription pharmaceuticals, and provider or physician collaboration as needed. * Reviews medication orders and evaluates their appropriateness and completeness with respect to patient data, including age, allergies, height, weight, diagnosis, and other pertinent patient information. * Completes prescription orders received from patients a...
