**Field Service Coordinator \- Commerical** **The Fitness Connection \| Elgin, IL** **Full\-Time \| Monday – Friday \| Salary $40,000 \- $50,000 (DOQ)** **About the Role** The Fitness Connection is a commercial fitness equipment distributor and service provider seeking a highly organized, customer\-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Department. The Service Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our day\-to\-day service operation moving. You will work closely with customers, field service technicians, service advisors, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure service requests are properly documented, communicated, coordinated, and followed through to completion. This is a fast\-paced, technology\-driven position requiring strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow\-through. Nearly all of the work is performed across multiple computer systems, making comfort with technology and the ability to manage multiple priorities essential to success. **Previous fitness equipment experience is not required.
