Jackson’s Hardware is a 100% employee\-owned ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company and the leading independent hardware store in Marin County. We have an immediate opening for a full\-time Marketing \& Website Specialist to run our marketing programs and manage our established Shopify ecommerce store. This is a great opportunity for a marketing all\-star with 1\-3 years of experience across social media, content creation, and ecommerce, plus some retail experience. Social media is a big part of this role: you’ll be the creative voice behind our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, so we’re looking for someone with sharp creative instincts, a knack for video, and the multi\-tasking chops to keep a dozen projects moving at once. **Pay:** $30\.00 – $35\.00 per hour, depending on experience. **Role and Responsibilities**: * Own our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including shooting, editing, and posting photo and video content that shows off Jackson’s and our products * Plan and execute promotions year\-round * Manage Jackson’s Customer Loyalty program * Design digital and print ads, from in\-store flyers to website banners and social graphics * Keep the we...
