Exeter, NH • Exeter Hospital • Full\-time • Day **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** Provide support to the practice in the functional areas of clerical, clinical and business under the direct supervision of a Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician. **Job Description:** * $2,500 sign\-on bonus available for eligible hires. Bonus amounts for positions under 40 hours per week will be prorated. Per diem roles are not eligible. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform clinical duties, including pre\-visit preparation, obtaining vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with examinations and procedures. * Clean, prepare, and process instruments for sterilization and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for patient care. * Respond to patient phone calls and portal messages in accordance with established workflows and messaging protocols. * Utilize standing orders and protocols to complete pre\-visit work, close gaps in care, administer vaccines, and process prescription refills. * Schedule diagnostic testing, pre\-admission appointments, and provide follow\-up communic...
