**About Us** We are a growing commercial services company specializing in commercial kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning services for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and multi\-location customers throughout Arizona. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day administrative and operational needs of our Phoenix operation. This is a hands\-on management position. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, managing employees, preparing invoices, following up on accounts receivable, conducting in\-person estimates, and helping ensure jobs are completed and documented properly. The position is hybrid. Administrative responsibilities can often be handled remotely, but the manager must live in the Phoenix area and be available for in\-person customer, employee, and operational needs.
