**About This Role** The Manager of Field Technology supports the US Commercial Field Teams to deliver a best\-in\-class user experience with Biogen’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative technology for launch products, as well as lead continuous improvement projects for existing products. They are responsible for delivering cross\-functional projects and complex investigational analysis. This role is also accountable for maintaining training content and measuring the satisfaction and utilization of field users with Veeva CRM.
