**Monday \- Friday** **8a\-5p** **Schedule is subject to change** **\*Longer shifts and Saturdays as required** **United Facilities, Inc.** is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Special Pack Supervisor** to lead our In Store Design Team (ISDT), also known as Special Pack. This position is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Ability to flex to 2nd shift if needed. **What You’ll Do** **Supervision \& Team Leadership** * Train and develop employees on an ongoing basis and ensure required LMS training is completed. * Provide daily direction and answer questions from employees and agency associates. * Address errors and quality concerns with employees so corrections can be made. * Review and verify daily timekeeping in Unify and StellarPack. * Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and a positive work environment. **Operations \& Production** * Coordinate the daily production schedule with the Special Pack Planner. * Assign and review work to ensure production priorities are achieved. * Monitor workflow, productivity, staffing, and produ...
