Operating at the intersection of business strategy, financial engineering, and operational governance, this role acts as the connective tissue bridging Finance, Division Labor Leads, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Tech Executive Leadership. While individual program leads manage specialized domains (e.g., International Talent Expansion, Students \& Grads Demand Planning, Non\-Associate Labor, Location Strategy), this role is responsible for synthesizing these disparate operational inputs into a unified, end\-to\-end strategic labor roadmap and automated decision\-support infrastructure.
