Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States Full\-time **Position Summary** Conco Construction is seeking a Project Manager with the proven ability to lead and manage construction projects across a variety of industry sectors, sizes, and levels of complexity. This position is responsible for taking projects from estimate through final close\-out while partnering closely with project superintendents, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. A successful Project Manager at Conco will have, or be committed to developing, a strong understanding of our self\-performing trades, including earthwork, concrete, masonry, ironwork, carpentry, drywall, and pre\-engineered metal buildings. Because Conco’s success is built on long\-term client relationships, this role requires strong communication, accountability, follow\-through, and a commitment to delivering quality work safely, on time, and within budget.
