**Overview** As a Crew Lead / Supervisor, you’ll coordinate construction crews and keep field work aligned with project plans, schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards. You’ll communicate priorities clearly, and help teams resolve job\-site issues so work can move forward safely and efficiently. **Duties** * Lead daily crew activities, assign work, monitor progress, and coordinate construction schedules with project teams. * Be able to work alongside with team performing daily job task. * Apply construction safety management practices, including applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and federal construction safety regulations. * Communicate site conditions, progress, and concerns to managers, crews, and project partners. **Skills** * Construction site experience, commercial construction experience, and experience managing teams in a construction management role. * Supervising experience, crew management, construction project management, construction management, and construction schedule coordination.. * Experience in electrical, plumbing , drywall ,and painting a must Pay: $25\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
