**Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) functions directly under the supervision of the Site Administrator and the Responsible Physician. The RN is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with recognized Nursing Practice Standards and QCHC policies/guidelines.** **Pay Rate: $45/hr** **Shift differential $3\.00/hr** * **Respond and intervene to all emergency situations** * **Conduct Patient Intake paperwork \& Assessments** * **Verify and obtain orders for patient medication** * **Conduct Sick Call clinic** * **Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations** * **Complete and document ordered treatments, assessments, and collect ordered labs** * **Assist the provider with Chronic Care Clinic** * **Accurately document all patient information, nursing assessments and interventions** * **Monitor for and report changes in patient's condition** * **Ensure daily nursing task are completed within prescribed timeframe.** * **Maintain patient confidentiality** * **Work closely with HSA, Physician, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.** * **Assist HSA in supervision of clinical staff** * **Fos...
