**What We're Looking For** HNTB is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial traffic engineering leader who is eager to help build a growing team across Northern New England while leading impactful transportation projects throughout the region. In the near term, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of traffic engineering projects from our South Portland, ME, or Bedford, NH, offices. Working with clients such as MaineDOT, NHDOT, VTrans, and HNTB's oldest client, the Maine Turnpike Authority, you'll help deliver a wide range of services, from planning and traffic studies to traffic signal and ITS engineering, microsimulation, and real\-time operational strategies. In this role, you'll manage projects through their full lifecycle, from shaping proposals and negotiating contracts to delivering on HNTB's 4\-for\-4 performance promise: quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners, solve complex transportation challenges, and ensure successful outcomes on projects that make a lasting impact.
