**Description** ### **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** Qcells Home Energy Solutions seeks a Field Manager located in the San Diego area to manage the overall construction of solar and battery projects in new home developments. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for on\-site oversight and management of solar and battery storage system installations throughout the home construction process. Major responsibilities include conducting job site visits to ensure installers complete contracted scopes safely, on schedule, and with best\-in\-class quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is a construction professional with experience working with new home builders and relevant trades, including framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, photovoltaics, and energy storage. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in new community kickoffs, pre\-construction walkthroughs, and key builder meetings related to field operations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for Builder Superintendents to align construction schedules, coordinate inspections, and resolve field\-related issues to prevent delays. * Provide accurate installation progress updates through regular community visits and close co...
