Position Overview Cutting Wind LLC, a growing leader in wind turbine recycling, seeks a hands\-on Project Manager to establish and lead our new Breckenridge, Texas recycling facility and manage projects across the United States. This role requires a seasoned heavy equipment operator who can lead crews, oversee shredding operations, and execute projects from mobilization through completion. Key Responsibilities · Set up and manage the new Breckenridge recycling facility. · Hire, train, and supervise equipment operators and laborers. · Lead daily shredding, grinding, material handling, and processing operations. · Operate wheel loaders, excavators, telehandlers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment. · Lead mobile recycling crews on projects nationwide. · Coordinate equipment, personnel, transportation, schedules, and site logistics. · Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safe, productive operations.
