We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. **Essential duties and Responsibilities:** • Manage databases that detail transport activities, finances, employee schedules, and personnel records • Maintain updated records such as driver information, driver logs, and customers and sales complaints. • Provide leadership to build strong relationships with professional drivers. • Review daily paperwork for drivers such as DVIR, Invoices, Fuel and Hotel Receipts. • Provide the most efficient method when scheduling routes to consolidate capacity to provide effective service • Act as mediate between sales, drivers, and customers resolving delivery problems or special deliveries • Responsible for immediately addressing any discrepancy reports from accounting to the designated driver • Responsible for the issuance and review of all driver vehicle pre\- and post\-trip inspection reports on a daily basis to include the proper storage of said reports for audit purposes • Serve as the primary trainer for drivers: new hire trainings, refreshers trainings, and remedial trainings. • Availabilit...
