Job Title: **Guest Services Specialist** ======================================== Program: **Eddy Street Apartments** =================================== Location: **425 Eddy St.** Reports To: **Property Operations Coordinator** Status: **Non\-exempt, Union** Wage: **$24\.41/hour** Hours: **Tu\-Sa, 11pm\-7am** **JOB SUMMARY:** ================ Guest Services Specialists (GSS) provide culturally appropriate, trauma\-informed services to residents of the Eddy Street Apartments. GSS are frontline responders and are responsible for the daily operations of the building. They support guests’ health, safety, and well\-being, and provide supportive counseling, resources, information, outreach, and individual and systemic advocacy.
