**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design, model, and analyze mechanical systems from concept through production. The engineer will lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM), design\-to\-cost, product redesign, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) initiatives for complex products. **Key Responsibilities:** * CAD Modeling: Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CREO. * Structural Analysis: Perform linear and nonlinear static and dynamic stress analysis using ANSYS to verify product strength and durability. * Design Optimization: Improve product weight, reliability, and manufacturability based on simulation results. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to meet project requirements. * Lead or support product design, manufacturing engineering, and industrialization activities. * Support new product development (NPD), engineering change management, production launches, and manufacturing transitions. * Manage customer\-facing program or project activities. * Prepare clear technical reports, engineering drawings, and documentation. **Required Skills:** * Strong proficiency in CREO for complex su...
