**Position Summary: M \- F 8 am \- 5 pm** Works under the direct supervision of the Director and within the established policies and procedures of the Elliot Hospital. Ensure the safe and cost\-effective delivery of care. Provides supervision responding to the needs of patients, staff, and providers. Management of personnel, fiscal resources, delegation of responsibilities, and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices including patient interactions, utilization/optimization of Epic, clinical workflow, documentation and resolution of issues, processing financial and business forms, scheduling, customer service and clinical encounters.
