Job Highlights: Full\-time, Monday\-Friday Position Summary: The Quality and Education Specialist (RN) reports to the CEO and supports and facilitates the on\-going educational needs of hospital personnel who care for patients in various stages of recovery by conducting orientation, competency validation and enhancement of staff knowledge and skills through in\-service programs. The Data Abstractor responsibilities include developing new audit tools as needed to ensure compliance with all current and new Hospital Quality Measures. Posted Salary Range: USD $39\.10 \- USD $48\.25 /Hr. Wage Commensuration: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
