Everstone Insurance Services is a growing Medicare insurance brokerage looking for a dependable, organized, and customer\-focused individual to join our team as a Medicare Member Services \& Back Office Specialist. This is a full\-time, in\-office position with significant opportunity for growth. You do not need to be a Medicare expert on day one. We are looking for someone who is sharp, reliable, comfortable on the phone, good with technology, and willing to learn our systems and processes. As Everstone continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to develop into a senior or leadership role for the right person. Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from existing Everstone members and provide friendly, professional customer service * Assist members with questions regarding their Medicare plans, benefits, ID cards, provider information, billing issues, and other service needs within the scope of the role * Help resolve member issues by communicating with insurance carriers and using carrier portals and internal systems * Make outbound calls to members when follow\-up is needed * Support our licensed Medicare agents with pending applications, member requests, documentation...
