Overview: The Site Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day leadership of equipment and cleaning operations at a large customer facility. This hands\-on role oversees employees, staffing, safety, compliance, service quality, equipment operations, and customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will maintain a strong presence throughout the facility, ensuring employees are properly trained, safety and compliance standards are followed, and customer expectations are consistently met.
