**Truck\-to\-Truck (T2T) Coordinator** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. **Pay:** $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. **Position Summary** Clean Harbors is seeking a **Truck\-to\-Truck Coordinator** to support the movement and placement of waste from company facilities, direct generators, and field service projects. This primarily office\-based position processes driver paperwork, assigns empty and full trailers, and coordinates logistics through company software. The ideal candidate has strong communication and administrative skills, is comfortable using computer systems, and can work independently during the evening shift. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process driver paperwork, maintaining accurate shipment records. * Assign empty and full trailers and update trailer assignments in company software. * Communicate with drivers, transportation teams, and facility personnel to coordinate loads and trailer movements. * Coordinate loads between hubs, plants, and central logistics. * Prepare outbound shipments for their final destination, including barcoding, recording weights, and palletizing. * Dispatch transportation from hubs, maximizing trailer weig...
