This is an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacists who thrive in a fast\-paced, clinical environment and enjoy collaborating directly with healthcare teams. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience. * Current Arizona pharmacy license * ACLS \& BLS certifications * Cerner and Omnicell experience * Ability to respond to code blues, provide recommendations, and consult with healthcare staff as needed * Must answer questions from doctors and nurses and complete consults as part of daily responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications:** * Board Certified and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency * At least 3 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience \#Workwolf
