As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands\-on **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team, improve sales performance, and help drive continued company growth. Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team while maintaining accountability for leads, follow\-ups, customer experience, closing rates, and monthly sales goals. This is a **hands\-on management position**.
