Massanutten Resort \| Peak **Peak Project Manager** **Job Summary** Position requires an experienced and versatile construction manager to oversee day to day operations of a variety of Resort construction projects. The Project Manager will be involved in the full cycle of all construction activities as they relate to particular projects and will serve as the primary relationship between vendors and outside organizations, including utilities and local and regional government agencies. **Required** * General knowledge of all aspects of construction and building trades * Excellent motivation, communication, and customer relations skills * Ability to work with little supervision and within a team setting * Experience working with county officials, departments, engineers, architects, and building vendors * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, and P\&L accountability **Preferred** * Current Contractor or Building Trade license * Experience, education or on the job training related to construction management and renewable energy * Take and pass the VA Class A Contractor exam upon request **Job\-Type: Full\-Time/Salary** **Typical Schedule** **Days:**...
