This role will be responsible for providing financial modeling on transactional deals for the Corporate Department’s leading practice groups, including Emerging Companies \& Growth, Capital Markets and Mergers \& Acquisitions (M\&A), and Private Equity, while developing financial models, including proforma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration spreadsheets, voting models, and IPO beneficial ownership models, for transactions, collaborating closely with lawyer deal teams.
