The Groton D377 Project Engineering Team is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Module Leads and general foreman support engineers supporting SSBN 826 and 827 construction. This leadership role is responsible for guiding engineers who serve as the primary technical point of contact between Engineering and Operations for assigned modules and general foreman. The Supervisor ensures the team is equipped to provide timely engineering support, drive closure of issues affecting construction progress, and maintain strong communication across trades, engineering disciplines, and shipyard management.
