We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee day\-to\-day final\-mile delivery operations in the Knoxville area. This is a hands\-on management position for someone who is responsive, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of problems without needing constant direction. The right candidate will manage delivery teams, communicate with warehouse personnel and clients, assist with recruiting and onboarding, track operational performance, and help grow the operation. Responsibilities: * Oversee daily delivery operations and route coverage * Communicate regularly with drivers, helpers, warehouse personnel, and clients * Respond promptly to operational issues during delivery hours * Handle call\-outs, attendance issues, route problems, and other daily challenges * Recruit, interview, follow up with, and assist in onboarding new drivers and helpers * Track attendance, days worked, incidents, damages, claims, and team performance * Address driver and helper performance issues professionally * Coordinate vehicle and equipment issues with ownership * Help reduce dropped routes, returned stops, and service failures * Maintain professional relationships with...
