Create Belonging.* Adoption Rhode Island is seeking a **Fund Development Coordinator** to join our Development team and help advance our mission of creating safety, belonging, and permanency for youth and families. This is a hands\-on development position for an organized, relationship\-oriented professional who brings experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, events, communications, or a related field. The Development Coordinator will help ensure that donors and community partners have meaningful experiences while supporting the systems, events, communications, and fundraising activities that make our work possible. A Position Designed for Growth The ideal candidate will bring a foundation of development experience and be excited to **build on that experience and take on increasing responsibility over time**.
