### **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to help us keep our financial house in order as we scale. You'll own the day\-to\-day accounting operations, lead month\-end close, and make sure our books are accurate, timely, and audit\-ready. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building process, mentoring a small team, and working cross\-functionally with a fast\-moving finance org.### **Key Responsibilities** * Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all ledgers * Manage and mentor a small team of staff accountants, providing guidance on daily transactions and technical accounting questions * Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation * Partner with FP\&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Support external audits and tax filings, working directly with outside auditors and tax advisors * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting processes * Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and syst...
