ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER **Sauer Structural, Oak Hill, FL** **Position Summary** ==================== Working directly for the Project Manager to perform daily functions working closely with Sauer Structural shop team to manage workflow. **Essential Functions:** ======================== * Work with Sauer Structural shop team to resolve construction issues and coordinate progress. * Maintain RFI log, as\-builts, project schedule, close out documents and material status logs. * Develop purchase orders, subcontractor documentation, weekly owners meeting agenda and other general project requirements. * Assist with estimating and purchasing. * Ensure Company procedures and standards are maintained. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** =================== * College Degree in Construction Management or Structural Engineering preferred * Minimum 2 years' experience in construction on Federal projects. * Scheduling, MS Office, and other related programs and applications as needed. Able to perform the following activities: standing and walking for long periods of time, stooping, bending, climbing (ladder, scaffold, steps, etc.), working overtime and weekends as needed.
