REGISTERED NURSE (RN) \| JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Baltimore, Maryland Reports to: Program Director Position Summary Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical day care participants. Work with families, healthcare providers, and center staff to support each participant's health, safety, dignity, and independence. Main Responsibilities \- Complete nursing assessments upon admission and reassess participants as required or when their condition changes. \- Develop, review, and update individualized nursing care plans with the care team. \- Monitor blood pressure, blood sugar, vital signs, and other health needs according to each participant's condition and care plan. \- Administer medications and ordered treatments within nursing scope of practice. Maintain accurate medication administration records. \- Review medication lists, verify current medical orders, and monitor for side effects. \- Recognize changes in health, notify the appropriate healthcare provider and family, and arrange emergency assistance when needed. \- Maintain timely, accurate nursing notes, assessments, care plans, and incident reports. \- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, social...
