Position overview Mary's Tacos is seeking an experienced, hands\-on General Manager to lead daily operations at our established Boerne restaurant. The restaurant operates a single morning shift, serving customers from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent food quality, efficient production, excellent customer service, and effective employee supervision. This is an active, working management position. The ideal candidate must understand breakfast taco production, including handmade tortillas, cooking, taco assembly, and food preparation. The General Manager must be comfortable working alongside employees when needed while maintaining oversight of the entire operation. Primary responsibilities 1\.
