**PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER** **Heavy Civil Construction** A well\-established general engineering contractor based in South San Francisco is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team. Our work includes public works, water, sewer, storm drain, underground utilities, excavation, paving, and related civil construction throughout the Bay Area. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and coordinate construction projects from award through completion. * Review plans, specifications, contracts, and addenda. * Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline and look\-ahead schedules. * Track project progress and identify schedule impacts or delays. * Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence. * Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. * Track project costs, quantities, change\-order work, and documentation. * Assist with purchasing, material procurement, progress billings, and project closeout. * Attend project meetings and maintain organized project records. * Work closely with field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget. **QUALIFICA...
