The position uses financial, market, recruiting, and performance data to inform roster construction and player personnel decisions; develops relationships with agents and recruiting networks; supports student\-athletes pursuing professional opportunities; and ensures activities align with NCAA, ASUN, and University requirements. The General Manager also identifies opportunities to modernize basketball operations through analytics, technology, and emerging practices.
