OBJECTIVE / GENERAL DESCRIPTION** * Direct the activities of Craft, Specialty, and High\-End brands to achieve sales related objectives. **II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Direct, lead, motivate and develop department personnel including selection, performance management and employee relations. * Develop, achieve, and monitor sales, distribution and draught placement goals and monitor performance results. * Develop and execute sales promotions to drive volume, brand awareness, sampling and retailer relations. * Develop, communicate, and monitor impact selling and incentive programs. * Develop, implement and monitor Balanced Scorecard as it relates to all On\-Premise Sales Departments. * Select and retain a high functioning Sales and Marketing Team. * Maintain proper inventory levels on Craft and High\-End beers and communicating inventory to Team Leaders and sale personnel. * Assist in the development and implementation of the annual business plan and wholesaler assessment program. * Frequent assessment of sales and merchandising key p...
