Position Overview Responsible for scheduling Production Center Technical Specialists in the Coordinator’s assigned area/division. Coordinates regional high skilled workforce requests across production, venue, and offsite operations, while ensuring a high level of customer service. This position is responsible for assisting in scheduling workforce for PM\-led events and managing regional Technical Specialist rosters. This individual will strive to enhance the quality of the existing workforce through efficient planning, coordination, and training to reduce costs, increase labor efficiency, and improve both internal and external customer service. This position will support the Technical Specialist’s direct supervisor. Reporting to a Regional Workforce Manager, this position will also consult with the Director, Workforce Production and Specialty Services.
