The J Spot and Jax Cafe are seeking a creative, highly organized, and proactive **Brand Marketing \& Communications Manager** to oversee social media, content, partnerships, events, public relations, and overall brand growth across both businesses. We are looking for someone who can **take ownership** of these areas rather than simply execute individual tasks. The ideal person understands our vision, identifies opportunities, develops the strategy, and follows through from concept to execution. This is a hands\-on role. You should be equally comfortable filming content in the business, coordinating an influencer visit, planning a brand event, communicating with a PR contact, and reviewing analytics to determine what is actually driving growth.
